Cancellation Policy

  1. Our cancellation policy DOES NOT apply to non-refundable deposits. 
  2. Non-refundable deposits are NOT transferrable to future events. 
  3. Participant who wishes to cancel from a Nancy Lopez Golf Adventures event must do so in writing sent via facsimile or e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  4. If a written cancellation is received 45 days or less prior to the event, the participant will incur 100% forfeiture of the event registration fee.
  5. If a written cancellation is received 46 - 120 days prior to an event, the participant will receive 25% of the event registration fee back less any non-refundable deposit and applicable processing fees.
  6. If a written cancellation is received more than 120 days prior to the event, the participant will receive 50% of the event registration fee back less any non-refundable deposit and applicable processing fees.
  7. A No-show at any Nancy Lopez Golf Adventure event will incur 100% forfeiture of the event registration fee.
  8. If the event is sold out and we are able to fill your spot for the event – you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee less any applicable processing fees.
